The EGGspander System
The Big Green Egg EGGspander system was released in 2019. There are many components to the system that give you ove 40 diffeerent ways of setting up your Egg.
The system is setup with many half moon surfaces as well as a wok.

I would love some practical tips on using the Eggspander and also how best to cook items using direct and indirect heat at the same time/during the same cook.
