The Wood-Fired oven is an authentic clay oven, so you get the results you would expect from your favourite Italian. Each is handmade in Britain, using only the best materials. The stone floor is the only imported part, a volcanic stone directly from Naples. After all, Britain isn’t renowned for its volcanos.

Of course, the pizzas are superb, but it’s so much more than just a pizza oven. Steaks are just incredible, as are fired vegetables, spatchcock chicken, whole fish and breads.
