Nic worked for Big Green Egg for seven years, demoing at events like Meatopia, Taste Of London, The Chelsea Flower Show, as well as many country fairs and dealer days. During that time, and through ten years of delivering cooking classes, we have developed and tested all these recipes. No one else offers such experience to the Big Green Egg marketplace.
