Rotisserie Recipes on the Big Green Egg

We love to cook with the rotisserie on the Big Green Egg. We've been using the LetzQ Spit since 2020, a few years ahead of Big Green Egg's version.

The LetzQ Rotisserie is perfect if you are right handed. If you're left handed buy the Big Green Egg Rotisserie, they're essentially the same product, just with the motor on different sides.
