Great advice over what to order. Excellent response times to queries and fast delivery options. The best place to order your Big Green Egg and outdoor cooking equipment.
Picked up some lumpwood charcoal at short notice, invited us in and gave us a quick lesson on what we should and shouldn't be doing with our brisket. Saved the day as we were going to do it all wrong! Incredibly helpful and friendly.

Nic and Helena ran a fabulous training session on the Big Green Egg. I learnt a lot but it also gave me the confidence to try new things. It was great fun too and we ate everything we made (see photo!). I would thoroughly recommend the courses they run. They also helped me navigate the myriad of BGE accessories to get the items that I will find most useful going forward. Thank you Nic and Helena.

My two adult children and myself attended Nic and Helenas Big Green Egg day course to experience first hand how practical an Egg could be and what a versatile device it is! The course was informative and huge fun with all attending being lovely people. The food produced was exceptional too - highly recommend you give it a try if you enjoy outdoor cooking

I cannot recommend Nic & Helena @ MeatSmokeFire highly enough. I’ve now been for two Big Green Egg masterclasses and a Thai Pop-up masterclass and every time is an absolute pleasure.
