Lamb and Goat Recipes on the Big Green Egg
Our series of live cooks started on the back of cooking a leg of lamb for Easter in April 2020 for Big Green Egg so it’s pretty special in the history of Meat Smoke Fire. Since then we’ve cooked a selection of lamb and goat recipes using a variety of different cuts on the Big Green Egg from mouthwatering lamb kebabs to succulent goat chops and Shepherd’s Pie made with leftover roaasted lamb. The French trimmed rack of lamb still remains a firm favourite and the rendered fat cooked on the Big Green Egg is just amazing.
