Buffalo Cauliflower Flat Breads
We spotted a post from Beth Yates who’d made this recipe, or something like it. Helena searched Pinterest and we had the ideas we needed to make this.
This makes cauliflower into something truly amazing and is a great recipe to try on the rotisserie. If you don’t have a rotisserie, you can bake the cauliflower instead.

Ingredients
- 1 cauliflower
- 2-3 tbsp light olive oil
- 2 tsp Maldon salt
- Franks Hot Sauce or Franks Hot Wings Sauce
- Tortillas
- Mature cheddar cheese, grated
- 2 spring onions, sliced thinly
- Salsa
Equipment
- LetzQ Rotisserie
- Stainless steel rotisserie basket
Method
- Setup your Egg with your rotisserrie and basket at 180°C.
- Cut your cauliflower into florets.
- Place the cauliflower into a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil and a couple of pinches of salt. Toss together.
- Put your cauliflower into your rotisserie basket and roast, dripping on Franks Hot Sauce every 3 or 4 mins. Cook until the florets are tender but still have some crunch.
- Take your rotisserie off the Egg and setup your Egg for an indirect cook with the ConvEGGtor and stainless grid.
- Onto a tortilla, grate some cheese and sprinkle with some spring onion.
- Add the cauliflower and grate more cheese over the top and sprinkle on more spring onion.
- Bake on the Egg until the cheese has melted.
- Serve with some salsa.
That looks yummy
They were. We’ve had them twice in two weeks. Better than meat was a comment I made.
