Dual Zone Deflector and Surfaces

The surface you cook on changes what your Egg can do. Grids, stones, planchas and deflectors are how one cooker grills, bakes, roasts and smokes.

If you own a Large or XL, start with the Dual Zone Deflector Kit. Drop in one half-moon deflector and you’ve got a searing zone and a low-and-slow zone side by side. Use both for a fully indirect cook, or none for direct grilling. It’s the same price as a ConvEGGtor and does everything a ConvEGGtor does, plus that split set-up. New Large and XL Eggs already come with it, so this is for owners upgrading or replacing a cracked ConvEGGtor.
