Turkey and all the trimmings
Have you ever cooked your Christmas turkey on your Big Green Egg.
Julie is offering a small number of one day courses from her home just outside Winchester, Hampshire.
We will spend the day together cooking a number of Christmas inspired dishes to help you realise the benefit of your EGG at Christmas. All that empty oven space!The day will start at 9.30am and finish after a late lunch at approximately 5.30pm.
The classes are limited to 6 people and cost £200 per person. The price includes all ingredients, refreshments and lunch.

Class content
We will cooking the following:
- Roasting – Roast Turkey
- Roasting – 2 different types of stuffing
- Plank cooking – Hot smoked salmon – to be used in 2 dishes
- Cold smoking – I will show you how easy it is to cure and cold smoke your own salmon, a real Christmas treat
- Searing – duck breasts for one of our canapes
- Pan cooking – Apple Tarte tatin
We will also make a number of simple canapes to compliment your Christmas lunch or any parties that you may be planning and using our empty ovens to cook the rest of our lunch.
