Big Green Egg Live Cooks with Meat Smoke Fire
For the last five years, we have cooked live on our Instagram feed, cooking well in excess of 450 recipes. We'll be back to cook some more, but at the moment we're taking a little time out.
When we're back you can watch live by following us on Instagram at @MeatSmokeFire. You need to log into Instagram, and you'll be notified that we're doing a live video as soon as we start at 11:30 am.
The beauty of these live cooks is you get to interact, ask questions relevant to the cook or anything to do with the Big Green Egg or your grill. We cook three dishes, share how we do them and then publish the recipes.

- Cheese and jalapeno croissants - superbly spicky cheese in puff pastry.
- Lamb with rojo sauce - some stunning lamb chops, simply grilled and served with a rojo sauce.
- Beef fillet tacos - served with mango salso and red onion pickles.
