The Ofyr Cedar Wood Planks PRO are a multipurpose accessory. Using the planks is a great way to cook fish. Whilst the Cedar infuses your food with a gentle smoky flavour, the planks slow down the cooking process by approximately 50%.ย They can also be used to keep food warm on the cooking plate before serving.
The Ofyr Cedar Wood Planks PRO can only be used on the cooking plate, do not use on the grill or bring them into direct contact with fire.
The planks are reusable when cleaned properly.ย 3 planks per pack.
These wooden planks are traditionally used for fish. They make for a superb presentation and bring a subtle aromatic flavour. However, there’s no reason you couldn’t use with vegetables, seafood or even meat.
The OFYR gets very hot, and as a result, your Cedar Plank is likely to burn and warp slightly during a cook. When cleaned properly, the planks are reusable.
