OFYR Cast Iron Casserole Set 21 + 26

The OFYR Cast Iron Casserole Set 21 + 26 can be used directly on the OFYR cooking plate, grill or the pizza oven.  They can be used for a multitude of dishes.Great for serving food direct from the OFYR to the table.  They are only for use on the OFYR cooking unit.

The pans and lids are made from cast iron to provide perfect heat distribution.  They are easy to clean with soapy water.  As with all cast iron cookware, dry promptly and well and you will need to oil from time to time for protection.  The pans are not dishwasher safe.

NOTE:  The pans and especially the knob on the pan lid can get very hot, ensure you use heat-resistant gloves at all times when handling the pan and removing the hot lid.
