Instant Read Thermometer with Bottle Opener

Cooking to temperature not time is essential.  Everyone needs a thermometer in their outdoor cooking toolkit. The Big Green Egg Instant Read Thermometer reads highly accurate temperature in seconds.  It also features a cooking temperature chart on the reverse and has a handy bottle opener. At Meat Smoke Fire, our go to thermometer is the Thermapen, which is also available in our shop.  The Thermapen fits perfectly in the pocket of our leather apron.
