How do I look after my Nöni pans?
Clean your pan soon after cooking but allow to cool first with washing-up liquid and use only non-abrasive sponges.
To remove any food stuck to the pan, fill with enough soapy water to cover, bring to a boil, then scrape.
Your pan can be put in the dishwasher, although handwashing removes any risk of corrosion.
Dry your pan immediately to prevent water spots or rust. If water spots do develop, dampen the surface and rub with a moist sponge sprinkled with bicarbonate of soda.
Don’t worry if, over time, your pan loses some of its shine. That’s because, for reasons of performance, our stainless steel doesn’t contain nickel which is harmful to your health. It has been built for performance over multiple lifetimes.
