Change of Mind (Online Orders)

If you purchase online, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

    • You must notify us within 14 days of delivery.
    • You then have a further 14 days to return the goods.

To cancel, email: orders@meatsmokefire.co.uk with your order number.

What We Refund

If cancelled within 14 days, we will refund:

    • The full price of the goods
    • The cost of standard delivery (if paid)

We do not refund:

    • Express or upgraded delivery
    • Return postage (unless the item is faulty)

Refunds are issued within 14 days of receiving the returned goods (or proof of return) to your original payment method.

Condition of Returns

Returned items must be:

    • Unused and in resaleable condition
    • In original packaging where possible
    • Complete with all parts and accessories

We may reduce the refund if goods show signs of use beyond normal inspection.

Non-Returnable Items (Change of Mind)

Unless faulty, we cannot accept returns of:

    • Food products (rubs, sauces, perishable items) once opened
    • Charcoal, wood, pellets, firelighters or other consumables once opened
    • Gas cylinders
    • Hygiene-sealed items once opened
    • Personalised or custom products
    • BBQs, smokers or fire pits that have been assembled or used

This does not affect your statutory rights for faulty goods.

Faulty or Damaged Goods

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose and as described.

Within 30 Days

If faulty within 30 days of delivery, you are entitled to:

    • A full refund
    • Reimbursement of standard delivery
    • Return costs covered by us

After 30 Days (Up to 6 Months)

We will offer a repair or replacement first.
If that fails, you may be entitled to a refund or price reduction.

Return costs for faulty goods will be covered by us.

Large or Pallet Deliveries

Please inspect large items on delivery.
If damaged, note this with the courier and contact us immediately.
