Raita

No ratings yet
Raita is a cool, refreshing side dish that is synonymous with Indian food. It pairs beautifully with spicy indian mains or poppadums.
Traditional raita uses mint and cucumber. A raita cools and balances and still complements the bold Indian flavours.
We also love a Pomegranate Raita, which is refreshing and vibrant bringing some contrast and texture to an Indian meal.
