    • Cancel and refund orders where age verification cannot be satisfactorily completed

Deliveries of knives may require age verification upon delivery.

Delivery Restrictions

    • Must be delivered to a residential or business address
    • Cannot be delivered to parcel lockers or anonymous collection points

Refusal of Sale

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order where:

    • We suspect the purchaser is under 18
    • We believe the product may be used unlawfully
