2026 Big Green Egg Classes

We will not be releasing any information on group 2026 Big Green Egg classes until early 2026.

2025 has proved to be as popular as ever, with every group class selling out, and Julie super busy with her private classes. We’ve seen hundreds of you, and your feedback on the classes has been incredible. Thank you.

It was also the craziest year of weather with shorts and t-shirts required in April, and the RB73 fire required in May and August, and April showers in July!

Group Classes

At this stage, we haven’t made any plans to run group classes for 2026. If and when we do make plans, any classes will be launched to our newsletter subscribers on a first-come first-served basis, so subscribe to the newsletter. We’ll likely launch them much later than we have in previous years, so please don’t expect to be giving them as Christmas presents. We also don’t do gift vouchers.

We’re going to return to putting out class information early in the year as we find we get a more balanced mix of attendees, we men are really bad planners on the whole, and so most bookings have been Christmas presents to the menfolk.

What we have learned from 2025 is that if the weather is amazing, trying to fit in as many classes alongside sales of Big Green Eggs is very difficult. Of course, 2026 might not be as beautiful, but we hope it is.

People love the fact that our classes are hands-on, with just six people in each class. People love to meet fellow Eggers and, with a small group, share stories and experiences. We’ll therefore not be changing the format. Our techniques class, Class 1, is loved by everyone. Our curry classes are less sought after, but people on them have loved them. We’ve learned, though, that they’re probably better when the temperature isn’t 25°C+ in mid-July.

We are likely to run fewer classes in 2026, so that we can have a bit of a life, and also focus on another project or two.

Private Classes

Julie will continue to run private classes at your homes. She gets extremely booked up, especially at weekends, so don’t leave trying to book her until last minute.

Her classes are classes, not catering, you are expected to get involved. If you are after a caterer, please look for someone else.
