Höfats Circle 35 Tabletop Grill

Bring the fire to the table. The Hofats Circle 35 is a bioethanol-powered tabletop plancha grill designed for cooking together, rather than one person manning the tongs while everyone else waits. Six clean-burning flames, each shielded inside a glass tube, heat a generous 35cm enamelled cast iron plancha from underneath — no gas bottle, no electricity, no charcoal, just real fire you can light in seconds and control with a single dial.

The centre of the plancha reaches up to 300°C for a proper sear, while the outer ring sits nearer 200°C for gentler cooking — so you can char a steak in the middle and keep vegetables or seafood ticking over at the edges, all at the same time. The raised outer rim keeps grease and food from spilling onto your table, and the enamelled surface is naturally non-stick and easy to wipe down once you're done.

Because it burns odourless, soot-free bioethanol, the Circle 35 is safe to use indoors as well as out — on the patio, at the dinner table, or anywhere you fancy gathering people round a flame. A full tank burns for 2–4 hours depending on flame height, and it comes with an integrated safety cap for refilling and a flame snuffer for safe extinguishing.

Two ways to cook, side by side. Up top, the plancha works much like a pierrade — everyone sears their own food directly on the hot cast iron in front of them. Add the optional Pan Set underneath and you get something closer to a raclette: six individual pans sitting just above the flame, perfect for melting, warming, or gently cooking things that don't suit the direct heat of the plancha. Between the two, everyone at the table ends up doing their own thing — some searing, some simmering — without anyone being stuck cooking for the group.
