The Multi-Level Rack gives more height and capacity to the Dual Zone System. It slots easily into the Dual Zone Basket (or the old EGGspander Basket and does two things: 1) it gives you a shelf for cooking with variable temperatures, and 2) it accommodates two half moon surfaces, so you can begin to cook with multiple modes at once. The raised rack is great for gently heating food or keeping it warm.
