OFYR Brazilian Grill Set XL

This set turns your Ofyr XL or Ofyr Trailer into a Brazilian style barbecue.  It includes a circular steel stand and skewers.  The skewers have wooden handles for easy handling and are a v-shape.  The skewers are strong and can pierce large pieces of meat or vegetables. The slit along the entire length allows the juices to run off.  This set up allows slow cooking of meat directly over the fire.

TIP: place half an onion or a piece of sweetcorn at the bottom of the skewer, this prevents the food from sliding down.

This rig should be stored in a dry place, when not in use.
