OFYR Staub Pans Set

The OFYR Staub Pans Set includes low casserole and high casserole pans with one lid.  Food will take on even more flavour when the lid is used; the textures at the bottom of the lid create a rain of aroma, which continuously sprinkles over the food.  The pans can be used directly on the OFYR cooking plate, grill or the pizza oven.  They can be used for a multitude of dishes.Great for serving food direct from the OFYR to the table.  They are only for use on the OFYR cooking unit.  The pans can be stacked on top of each other for easy storage.

The pans and lids are made from cast iron to provide perfect heat distribution.  The black enamel on the exterior is durable and features both the OFYT and Staub logo. They are easy to clean with soapy water.  As with all cast iron cookware, dry promptly and well and you will need to oil from time to time for protection.  The pans are not dishwasher safe.

NOTE:  The pans and especially the knob on the pan lid can get very hot, ensure you use heat-resistant gloves at all times when handling the pan and removing the hot lid.
