Proud New Zealand born Maori, Matt has worked in some of London’s great restaurants, including Gordon Ramsay’s Maze Grill, Jamie Oliver’s Threadneedle Street, as well having senior roles at Bluebird in Chelsea, and Executive Chef at Caravan.
Now a Big Green Egg man, Matt can come and cook for you and deliver bespoke menus from your Big Green Egg to your guests.

You may have seen Grace on some of our live cooks. Well, Grace spent a year with Luke, and that’s where we met her. Together with the rest of Luke’s team, they deliver catering for private customers as well as weddings.Â
