About us
Nic has been cooking on the Big Green Egg since 2013 and currently has 9 at the Meat Smoke Fire cookery school. These are probably used 5-6 days a week year-round.
Nic worked for Big Green Egg from 2013 to 2020 both in the headquarters and out on the road, recruiting their resellers and cooking on the Eggs at reseller events, Chelsea Flower Show, Taste of London, Meatopia, and many county shows.
Nic has given private cooking classes for the last 6 years, and group classes since 2019. Nic also taught chefs to cook on the Big Green Eggs, 3 years in a row, in St Anton, Austria for Kaluma Travel while working at Big Green Egg.
