Meater Pro XL
£329.00
The Meater Pro XL is the latest in wireless thermometer technology, allowing you to cook to temperature and not time. You’ll get the most stunning results.
- Built-in WiFI
- Four food thermometers can be used at temperatures of up to 550°C.
- Each probe features five separate food thermometers, so you know you’re measuring the coolest part of the meat.
- The Meater software app on your phone will guide you through setting up your cook for the perfect temperature and alert you when to take off your food and rest it.
These new improvements mean you can use your Meater for just about every cook, including sous-vide and deep fat frying. Use your probes in your BBQ, oven, on the hob, and just about anywhere else.
NOTE: the probes will not work in Microwave or combi-microwave ovens due to the shielding on these types of ovens.

The first rule in BBQ, cook to temperature, not time. The Meater Pro XL is the ultimate product to help you achieve this. With four probes that can now be used right up to 550°C (over 1000°F), you can cook everyone's steaks to absolute perfection, even if they all ask for a different cook.
The block features built-in WiFi, so connecting it to your home network is simple. Once you've done this, you can monitor your cook from anywhere you choose, as long as you have an internet connection. Next time you're cooking that overnight pulled pork, you'll be able to monitor it and, better still, set alarms should your BBQ temperature stray out of your desired range.
The algorithms of the Meater help you achieve fantastic results while cooking. Not only will you know what temperature your meat is at, but the software will tell you when to remove your cook so you don't overshoot your desired temperature and when the resting process is done.
The block features a built-in battery, charged via its USB-C port on the back. It comes with a charging cable (USB-A to USB-C). The block charges the four probes. If you're travelling and don't have a WiFi network to connect to, there is an option to use the Meater in stand-alone mode, too.
We've used previous generations of the Meater in our cooking school. Of course, we have now upgraded to this new version.
