Method

  1. Set up your Egg with your rotisserie and basket at 180°C.
  2. Cut your cauliflower into florets.
  3. Place the cauliflower into a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toss together.
  4. Put your cauliflower into your rotisserie basket and roast. Cook until the florets are tender but still have some crunch. About 10 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile make the bang bang dressing, combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together thoroughly. You'll add the cauliflower to the dressing in the bowl.
  6. Take your rotisserie off the Egg and tip the roasted cauliflower into your bowl containing the dressing. Give the cauliflower a good stir to coat in the bang bang sauce.
  7. Pop the sauced cauliflower back into the basket and put the rotisserie back on your Egg for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cauliflower is ready to eat.
  8. Take your rotisserie off the Egg and place the cauliflower back into the dressing bowl. If there's any bang bang dressing remaining in the bowl, give the cauliflower another stir.
  9. Serve with rice or noodles, or as an appetiser or side to a dish of your choice.
