We’ve tried a couple of burger presses and this is the best. I use it with a little baking parchment to stop my burger mince sticking.

The Big Green Egg Cast Iron Grill or burger press is perfect for creating a smash burger but can be used for so much more. Using the press to create a full surface sear on your steak or apply pressure to your grilled sandwich.  It can also be used to stop thinly sliced ingredients, such as fish or bacon from curling as they cook.
