Bamboo Pizza Peel and Screen

The pizza peel makes life so much easier to move your pizza into and out of your Egg; it’s an essential tool for pizza cooking, we wouldn’t be without one.  The edges are bevelled to make sliding your pizza easier. This version is made from bamboo; hard, dense, highly durable and light.

Included with the peel is a aluminium mesh pizza screen, which is 31cm in diameter.  The holes in the mesh increase hot air circulation all the way round the dough, to help create a crispy base.  There is a hole in the handle so that you can hang your pizza peel for optimal storage.
