This has to be the ultimate kitchen knife set for your barbecue and outdoor kitchen. Whether it’s slicing a steak, cutting a forerib of beef, boning a chicken thigh, or prepping delicate vegetables, this kitchen knife set has you covered.
This set includes five of the Savernake DNA knives, a leather knife roll, and a leather sheath for the cleaver. The kitchen knives are:
- DC21 Chef’s knife – the powerhouse of any knife set. 180 grams with a 210mm blade.
- NC12 Utility knife – a small Japanese style utility knife, perfect for chopping vegetables. 125 grams with a 120mm blade.
- BB12 5″ Boning knife – the perfect knife for deboning chicken thighs or taking a rib of beef off the bone. 155 grams with a 125mm blade.
- BS29 11″ Butcher’s steak knife – as its name suggests, this is at home slicing steaks or cutting down through a forerib of beef. Perfect on brisket. 225 grams with a 290mm blade.
- BC20 Cleaver – this classic cleaver will help you tackle almost all of your home butchery. Not as dull as most cleavers due to the high-carbon steel. 225 grams with a 290mm blade.

Description
We’ve teamed up with Savernake, based in Wiltshire, to bring you our British-made Meat Smoke Fire branded kitchen knife set. The blades are made from Sheffield stainless steel, which is 95% recycled. The handles have been designed to incorporate a blue liner beside the blade, surrounded by a black micarta handle. Micarta is ideal for knives used outdoors as it’s an inorganic microporous material, making it waterproof. The fact that it is waterproof is one of the number one reasons as to why Micarta is so popular.
The blades have a hardness of 60HRC, meaning they are going to hold their cutting edge much longer than the majority of other knives on the market.
Each knife features a subtle, engraved Meat Smoke Fire logo on the right hand side of the blade.
We use Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed or UPS, which is trackable, insured, and requires a signature from the recipient, who must be aged over 18.
