Ingredients
- 1 medium cauliflower
- 2-3 tbsp olive oil
For the bang bang dressing
- 2 tbsp sweet chilli sauce
- 2 tbsp runny honey
- 2 tbsp mayonnaise or peanut butter
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- juice of a lime
- 2 tsp gochujang red pepper paste
- 1 tsp sesame oil
Equipment
- LetzQ Rotisserie
- Stainless steel rotisserie basket
Method
- Setup your Egg with your rotisserrie and basket at 180°C.
- Cut your cauliflower into florets.
- Place the cauliflower into a bowl and drizzle with a little olive oil. Toss together.
- Put your cauliflower into your rotisserie basket and roast. Cook until the florets are tender but still have some crunch.
- Meanwhile make the bang bang dressing, combine all the ingredients into a large bowl and mix together thoroughly. You’ll add the cauliflower to the dressing in the bowl.
- Take your rotisserie off the Egg and tip the cauliflower into your bowl containing the dressing. Give the cauliflower a good stir to coat in the bang bang sauce.
- Pop the cauliflower back into the basket and put the rotisserie back on your Egg for another 5 to 10 minutes until the cauliflower is ready to eat.
- Take your rotisserie off the Egg and place the cauliflower back into the dressing bowl. If there’s any bang bang dressing remaining in the bowl, give the cauliflower another stir.
- Serve with rice or noodles, or as an appetiser or side to a dish of your choice.
