Vegetable and Vegetarian Recipes for the Big Green Egg

This is a selection of vegetable recipes designed to be cooked on the Big Green Egg, where the vegetables are the star of the show. Not all of them are vegetarian recipes, but some of our all-time favourites are. These recipes showcase the versatility of the Big Green Egg and illustrate that BBQ is not all about meat.
