Lamb and Goat Recipes on the Big Green Egg
Our series of live cooks started on the back of cooking a leg of lamb for Easter in April 2020 for Big Green Egg so it’s pretty special in the history of Meat Smoke Fire. Since then we’ve cooked a selection of lamb and goat recipes using a variety of different cuts on the Big Green Egg from mouthwatering lamb kebabs to succulent goat chops and Shepherd’s Pie made with leftover roaasted lamb. Â The French trimmed rack of lamb still remains a firm favourite and the rendered fat cooked on the Big Green Egg is just amazing.
